Take a Pic Using this!

I have been out of internet connection for the past one week. I couldn't check my mail, could not list my item, could not relist my item, could not reply my mail, unable to update my FB, in short life was miserable. Numerous calls have been made every other day to my service provider to beg them to restore the connection. As i expected, it has been a major 'problem' that cannot be solved in short period of time. I was informed that the fiber optic cable that connects to my home was some how 'broken' unknown of a reason. Was still wondering how it could happen...assuming that was the real problem. Now, thanks to miracle i am back on the internet again.

During my off-internet time, i found that i have plenty time on hand. This makes me realise that i did spend an large amount of time being online. So i crochet something that i always wanted but could not really afford to buy at this point of time.. a DSLR Camera. I always think that having such a camera is really cool. Yes, indeed it is cool. But the features of these cameras is much more cooler. Think of precise color in photos taken and the great intricate details these cameras can capture, makes it a must buy item in future.

For the time being, i will be satisfied with my crochet version of the camera and my mini tripod. Oh, by the way, this pic was taken by a Canon 7.1 Mp Digital Camera. My best friend and helper for now!

Happy New Year Everyone and Keep Crocheting!

Crochet your own sewing machine!

This pattern is dedicated to my late mother. She used to be a full time tailor as long as i can remember. Most of the time she will make men trousers and some blouses, but in free time she still makes some dolls clothes for my barbie. And that was 15 years ago, still miss those moments. Until now i still have all those dolls clothes with me, something that i will treasure forever. Maybe i will post some pictures on this blog someday.

My first crochet lesson is with my mother, she teaches me the basic of crocheting. But being a child at that time, i really does not have the patience to learn properly. My very first project was making a skirt for my Barbie doll. It really does not turn out like what i expected, but anyway practice makes perfect. From there i have developed my lifetime passion of crocheting and craft. Just a little regret for not mastering the art of sewing, i could not sew properly now.

This pattern is a simplified version of the sewing machine that are used by my mother. I choose pink color for the soft look of the sewing machine. Hope that people out there will enjoy making this as much as i do.
As usual all my patterns are available in my Etsy, Ebay, Ravelry and Dawanda Stores online.

Make your own Takoyaki Octopus Ball!

Okay...i have to admit that i have been extremely late in updating my blog for the past 2 weeks. I have just came back from a week long holiday in somewhere else. The trip was good and the weather was just nice, even though it gets cooler in the night. Being away from home gives me more inspiration and ideas for me to crochet in future!

This pattern was actually completed just before a board the plane. So i was rushing to put it in my online stores and was not able to update it in my blog. When i came back, i was extremely exhausted from all those travelling and sleep most of the time for the past 3 days. Finally i am able to update my stuff and my store.
So i have made a Takoyaki or Octopus Ball maker set. It is a famous snacks in Japan. The pattern consists of the pan, oil jug, batter jug, salt, sauce and ready-made takoyaki. As usual you can find all my patterns in Etsy, Ebay, Ravelry or Dawanda Stores.

Time to do some IRONING!

Believe it or not, i try my utmost best to avoid to do ironing chores. Buying clothes that are not easily creased or wrinkle free clothes definitely help in reducing the chances of doing this boring chores. However, i do feel guilty for not ironing my clothes as often i do previously while holding a full time job.

In order to make up with sense of guilt, i have decided to create and design a crochet pattern for iron with ironing board. I am sure there are people out there will enjoy making this fun pattern. Could always use this 'iron' to iron some dolls clothes and there is no risk of getting burn!

As usual, all my patterns will be available in my Etsy, Ebay, Ravelry and Dawanda Stores!
